Just like you, Kirsty and Sjonelle have a love story. They’re besties!
It all began one summers morning, many moons ago, whilst taking part in a community photography event. They soaked up a sunrise, shared some brekkie and you could certainly say - it was love at first sight.
Fast forward ten years, many brekkies, sunrises and live music gigs later - these two repeatedly found their paths crossing in life and with their work in the wedding industry.
The combined energy and joy they bring working alongside each other was clearly a winner for all involved. And so .... along with the help of some uber talented musicians, Sjon and Kirst are combining their years of expertise in the wedding industry to create relaxed, fun, and love-filled ceremonies with their very own baby, Unplugged Elopements.

I'm Sjonelle, and I really love sunlight.
Early morning light is bliss to me, so is that burning, hazy afternoon glow.
I especially love it when it falls in that perfect way.
You know, when it lights up someone's face, or shows the outline of a couple in love. I also love it when someone is so engrossed in their partner, they forget I'm even there.
Working as a photojournalist and writer for the past decade, photography has always played a starring role in my storytelling.
These days, you'll find me exploring the less chaotic sides of life, telling your love stories, one by one.
My photography style is relaxed, warm and as natural as can be. I'll find the beauty in the real moments between you and your person.
Having spent several years living interstate as a journalist, and later travelling to far off places like Morocco, Ireland and Namibia, I now spend my time living on my family's farm in the Northern Rivers, relishing in every delicious thing home has to offer. Family, friendship, good health, and my furry babe Wolfie the dog.

I'm a bubbly, creative, nature lovin' mumma who is lucky enough to call the NSW Northern Rivers home.
Working & creating with all sorts of people is what I love doing - which is a huge part of why I've been a civil marriage celebrant for over a decade now.
My mission is to craft you a relaxed & personal, joy-filled ceremony that celebrates & reflects both your love & the commitment you are making with your person.
I'm a huge music lover & have had the pleasure of working as an Event Coordinator in the music industry. And although those days are over - I'm always up for some live tunes.
When I'm not busy 'celebranting'...you may find me out surfing, dancing at a festival, op-shopping (I may have a small addiction), pottering in the garden or unwinding with an icy cold G + T.
